2. Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping within South Africa depends on the shipping company and the options used. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or supplier delays.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds

Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds will only be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.

We collect customer data such as name, contact details, and delivery address strictly for order processing and communication purposes.
Your data is stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways like Yoco, Paystack and Paypal we do not store any card details on our servers.

We do not manufacture the products we sell. Product warranties are handled directly by our suppliers.
Some products may include a supplier-backed warranty or guarantee, which will be indicated in the product description.
